How do I transfer pictures from my Blackberry Torch to my computer?

I have a Blackberry Torch phone and I'd like to transfer photos the bb to my computer. I was looking at the Blackberry Desktop Manager that has a Bluetooth option, but I'm not sure how to use it. Can you help me with this, and are there any other ways to transfer my pics?
