download media sync from BB, it gives you the option to get tunes to your BB either from itunes or windows.

Easiest method is to use the Blackberry Desktop Manager for Mac. Download it at Blackberry's site. Install the app, connect your BB, and then use the app to sync your music to the memory card in the phone. You can also sync your calendar, address book, tasks, and notes. You can select music based on your playlist.
