How to make a ring tone on an LG Dare

Question: Is their a way to make a song (mp3) into a ringtone on my LG Dare? I could do it with my N70 and this is a better cell!

Use this online maker http://makeownringtone.com and then copy the result to the phone via SD card, Bluetooth or cable.

I did that.. and on the dare it will save it as a sound.. the dare will not let sounds as ring tones. like they really need the money from a stupid ring tone. i think i paid a lot just for the phone

send the sound to yourself, the you can save it as a ringtone.

i did send it to myself but wen i saved it in ma cell .. can u just tell me how to save it as a ringtone. well i saved the sound in my phone but how to make it as a ringtone...?

email it to your phone, then when you open the text go to option and there will be an option to "save as ringtone".
